Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail to deliver packages to our customers. All our dispatches are recorded and require a signature when you receive your goods. The signature will be taken by the Royal Mail postal person. We try our best to get your order dispatched for Next Day, however delivery time can take up to 2-5 working days inside the UK. Delivery to Europe can take up to 10 working days.


At I Smell Nice we are always looking at every method that allows us to deliver products to you at great prices. With this objective in mind we have a fixed shipping and handling rate so that we can give our customers a better deal.

To process your order, we require your name, billing address, phone number, email address and credit card information. These information will be taken via PayPal who will process the payment.


I Smell Nice will store your contact and order details to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. If we need to contact you, we will contact you via email first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone.

I want to return my product. What do I do?

I Smell Nice strives to satisfy the customer. For this reason if you are dissatisfied with any of our product, simply return the order within 16 days of purchase date and we will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit/debit card.


Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace/refund for goods if the seals have been broken or the product has been used, unless they are faulty.


If you would like to return or exchange your order please send it to the address below. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process it within 7 business days of receipt. Please send only via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as it includes a Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for packages that has been lost or damaged.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days (10 working days for Europe ) please contact us via email info@ismellnice.com and we well track your order for you.
